Stayed in The Sultan Residence, Tower 2 in a 2BR apartment. The tower and its apartments are in dire need of upgrade or renovation. They have seen the better times. Inside the apartment, cleanliness is an issue and could have been much better. One positive thing is how spacious the apartment is.
