neural cloud tier list reddit

Looking for feedback on Neural Cloud Global Tier List, any feedback appreciated! I love the rating split per content type. Seeing all those specialists having good S/E and EP ratings makes me want to star them up... but fragment acquisition is so slow and one has to plan for Armas.. bleh. ion list
