3080 for 1080p

The 3080 won't even Ultra 144fps many games at 1080p, especially not open world games. My 3070 only does 60fps locked on RDR2 and Cyberpunk 2077 at Ultra/Near Ultra, no RT or DLSS. I'll probably be getting a 4070/4080 for 1080p gaming as there are tons of games I like to play that don't hit 120+fps locked on Ultra. for my abandoned love manga
